Im going with max highball for boros which is starbusting.
Round 1 armored boros vs first form frieza
Round 2 unleashed boros vs second/third form frieza
Round 3 meteoric burst vs final form frieza
Bonus round: boros and garou potara fusion vs cell

physique and combat = Boros
Boros meteoric burst first punch melts a city-sized ship, an after effect direct hit to saitama. Frieza can only make small boom with his punch
destructive energy = same
Boros can take Frieza all day as long as he gets him before Frieza charge his death ball. Boros can Planet Bust with a faster beam
Boros isn't stupid atleast hes not in dbz verse, and doesn't have to defend anyone, he'll just dodge Frieza's planet buster if ever let him to charge it.
no need buffs for boros
@rabii99: And how is that gonna work when Frieza is much faster than him and has tanked attacks from characters who have greater damage output than Boros?
Frieza isn't much faster than Boros nor is he faster to begin with. The moon quick and the speed that it required is well above any quantifiable combat speed feat Frieza has. Frieza durability feats are mainly to energy attacks, he gets bodied by Boros physically.
First form frieza has a power level of 530,000
The multiplier between first form frieza's power (530,000) and final form frieza's power (120,000,000) is about 226.4
In db a power level of 10,000 is planet busting. So lets say 10k destroys any planet.
Kepler 39b is the largest planet we know of with a diameter of 108,390 miles. For reference that is 13.6x larger than earth's 7,917.5 miles.
The sun, which is a tiny star is about 8x larger than that having a diameter of 864,340 miles.
So first form frieza could destroy 6.6 suns with one attack and final form frieza who is 226.4 stronger could destroy the sun 1500x with one attack.
Thats max highball frieza
Lets say boros could destroy the largest star we know of, uy scuti. If so hes 2100x sun busting.
It all depends on how much highballing there is involved
