Kal Kent's power level might be higher than a regular SS4 Goku or Vegeta, but a fusion SS4, especially Gogeta. I don't know. It hard to vote against him.

We don't even know how strong Goku in level 4 is because they seriously messed up GT. And really, add two super level 4 together and you get a completely different being with some serious power.
