ssj3 Vegito (buu saga) vs ssj2 kefla (manga version)

In the manga , i saw that kefla in ssj form was fighting on par with mystic gohan.

So in her ssj2 form (or lssj2) , will it be a good match for ssj3 vegito from buu saga ? :)

It does officially exist, it’s from Dragon Ball Heroes. The rule only applies to things that don’t exist in any official media I think.
