The first team are all weaker than team 2. And team 2 has Hax on their side as well as superior power.

Everyone on team 1 gets shotted by anyone team 2 except Bojack, who by feats could possibly be able to beat Majin Vegeta. Any of the Buus stomp him though.

Uhm...scaling exists, literally everyone on team 2 can solos, except maybe Majin Vegeta, but he should literally oneshot Cell and Bojack, and have a bit of trouble with Gohan. Fat Buu and Evil Buu literally solos team 1 and easily beat Vegeta.
