Considering New 52 Starfire, this is entirely, perhaps for the first time ever, plausible.
Also if Kori is bloodlsuted but Peter's durability isn't equalized I fail to see how he isn't getting friend from an AoE blast. Sure he's got faster reactions and spider-sense...but if she nukes everything it doesn't matter how fast he dodges.
@trixie: I think Spiderman may be faster in combat speed, no? I truly dont know. Ive never seen Starfire do anything impressive in combat speed. Then again, ive only read like 10 pre 52 issues with her in it. and in New 52, she has no definite combat speed feats that say shes faster than Pete.

IIRC Spider-Man dodged light only a couple of meters away.
