Spider-Man has beat him before, a number of times. But you want reasons? Spidey's a lot faster, a lot stronger, and can take Creed from a distance and web him up. He could knock him out fairly quickly, and then cover him with enough web that even Sabretooth couldn't claw through it.

that you stated something that is comic fact and accurate about a character that this site and the majority of posters refuse to acknowledge to the point they continue to equate sabretooth to his earlier comic appearance rather then the modern one who has faced spidey and manhandled him twice even when spidey had help...
