So assume Peter's a real person inside the Evil Within simu? He's not winning then. That series has a real habit of mindfucking, which I don't recall being Peter's ability to resist.

One thing's for sure, if Peter gets far, Ruvik is his wall. Too much reality warping powers for Pete to handle.

Anyway,

Outlast - Definitely a yes. (Likewise with 2, that is if he can get out before the end) He's definitely more powerful than anyone in the Outlast lore.

Resident Evil 5 - Might need help here.

The Evil Within - He might also need help here. Peter's feats against mind / reality warping beings aren't really his best on his list of accomplishments.

Clears. Spider-Man punches a hole in just about everything or beats them to a pulp. Will to kill Spider-Man is a bad dude

Peter dies in RE 5. Most of the bigger monster will tear Peter apart. And I don't see how he's getting passed the Giant Uroboros.
