Spiderman vs Clint Barton & Green Arrow & Bullseye

Takes place in downtown Manhattan. Clint and Green Arrow have plenty of trick arrows and bullseye has 20 throwing knifes.
Start  100 feet apart. Each has half hour prep. K.O or death.

just one of them would be a handfull  for spidey.. sorry but spidey goes down clint can take spidey solo.... not sure about green arrow (not a dc guy)  and bullseye i can see getting some decent shots in  and giving spidey arun for his money before losing..... so i got to say spidey goes down

Spidey will web either of them and then he will help Clint to take out the other.

Is Spidey in character?

If Spidey was in preservation mode, I think he could possibly beat the entire team. Even without spider-sense, his reflex time is estimated something like 15x faster than peak human, I do believe. Not to mention he is a lot stronger then all of them combined and is twice as agile as olympic level gymnasts.

This isn't even a fight. You've got a 25-tonner with reflexes 15 time faster than his opponents', the agility to dodge freakin' bullets (which are much faster than knives and arrows, just so you guys know), and a precognition that alerts him to any danger. He's facing guys whose superpowers are basically summed up with superhuman accuracy. Not even a question who wins.

" @Dro: well i think u over stat spiderman himself  sure his ability is there but he is very green and they others have  alot more exprience than him and hawkeye fights  superhumans that are 10 times stronger and faster than spiderman (hulk) "

can spider man clear miles of distance is a single jump? hulk can

hence hulk can travel large distances faster than spider man meaning he is faster
