Spiderman (Tobey Maguire) vs Ultron (MCU)

This is the Tobey Maguire Spiderman vs MCU Ultron. This is the Ultron as pictured to the left, not the final version. Standard gear, morals are off, and the fight is to the death/destruction. Fight starts on top of a moving train with numerous buildings and obstacles passing by constantly. Who wins and why?

It's hard to measure that UItrons exact durability but I would still go with him, Maguire's Spidey didn't seem on that level

going with Ultron . . unless spidy hits way harder than captain america hitting ultron with the edge of the shield or he got damage output of Tony's weaponry.

Tobey's too fast whichever way you look at it.

Its literally just wether he can hurt him or not. Given his strength I'd say yes and give him a healthy majority.

Captain America only hurt Ultron with his shield, I don't think Spider-Man has the striking power to replicate that.

Stalemate, really, until Spidey self BFR's to come back with a way of defeating Ultron.

He was pretty weak lol.

Spiderman should win. I doubt through striking but I could see him ripping off ultrons limbs or head with his webs once he sees he can't hurt him with his fists.

Spidey. Far too agile, not to mention spidey sense, to be tagged by this Ultron. And given the environment, I am sure Peter can come up with something creative.

Too fast? This is the same ultron that fought Iron man, and they are fighting at a pretty fast pace.

Flight speed and Bullrushes /=/ Combat speed

In an actual fight the Suits/ Ultron are far from fast combatants.

I AM talking about the combat speed. They were shooting, and reacting to each others energy blasts and punches. Same goes for the Cap vs Ultron fight.

Watch this a few times, frame by frame. It isn't much, but you can see Ultron block tonys hand away and throw a right hook in rapid fashion. I don't wanna blow up the post with multiple videos, but watch the begining of Ultron and Cap fight. The speed at which they exchange shield throws and energy shots is very fast. It might be slightly faster, but is at least very comparable to Spiderman. And please, spare me the Spiderman vs Flash Thompson fight.

@buildhare: I'm on my phone now, so I can't post vids. But look up the Cap v Ultron fight. The beginning of the fight is absolutely on par with that. And you said combat speed, of course I'm talking about punches. Acting and reacting is within the realm of combat speed. Ultton reacted to Iron mans punch by blocking it, and acted with a hook of his own.

He has flight, ranged attacks, gravity distortion and a greater damage soak. He will eventually tag Peter and put him down. Peter's striking isn't on par with Tony's and won't be enough to damage Ultron.

Spidey mass webs him and drops multi skyscrapers on ultron

Peter has more than enough striking power to take down Ultron, and Ultron is still too slow to tag him if Peter actively tries to avoid his attacks. And whatever he manages to land Peter is more than capable of tanking.

Spiderman wins he's alot more stronger fast and durable than mcu cap cap he was able to hold his own against ultron,so spider wins or ultron has a really hard time in this battle

Spider-Man wasn't a tactician like MCU cap, but he wasn't dumb. He wins this via webs.

Ultron went toe to toe with Thor. I doubt Spidey can do much to him.

Cap can fight ultron so can spidey. Spiderman is superior to cap in every way...

Spider-Man dismantles him. Ultron doesn't have the strength to put him down.

This is the same SpiderMan that got tagged by Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Hpbgoblin, and Sandman right? Because they aren't that fast either.

Few things:

1) Cap wasn't hurting Ultron. That fight was useless and when Ultron got serious, he literally backed Cap into a corner amd stomped him before quicksilver rescued him.

2) Tobey Spidey isn't near Iron Man's powrr output, and he's the only who beat Ultron in a fair fight.

3) This version of SpiderMan is terrible against opponents who can fly and gets ragdolled in the air constantly. He ain't doing much to Ultron.

If you say that the shield is the thing that pierced him, well, Bucky threw it at a car and didn't even sliced it completely. Maguire can damage far more than a car, and Cap had a strength that was equal with Bucky's.
