On the Savage Land. Both in character. Win by any means. Who takes this
Spiderman(Symbiote) V.S Batman (Hellbat)

Hellbat feats can be found here.

It was strong enough to move the Avatar of Darkseid with a single punch and then got trashed. It also drains his blood or life force, I can't remember what, he can't use infinitely.
@sirneko: It drains his metabolism.
That's so dumb.
What are you on? Yes, the Symbiote DOES amp Spider-Man's stats.
the suit warning him and his spider sense i see spidey making the battle last long enough to burn batman outta the suit
@randomsid: When exactly was this stated?
@randomsid: When exactly was this stated?
Just about every time he got the symbiote suit he remarked about how much more powerful he was. Then there is simple logic as well. A suit that enhances a normal human's strength, durability, agility...etc...does nothing to Spider-Man? Seriously?

Hey genius, proof he stated that in the comics? It doesn't. The only thing the suit does is give him unlimited webbing and a quick change of clothes.
Hellbat can go against Darkseid .
Hellbatman breaks Symbiote Spidey in half .

Well, I know for a fact that I saw him say a few times that he had never experienced such power(and I know I'm not the only one), when he used the symbiote but since I can't seem to find a scan of it, I'll have to concede, for now.

He might have said that in ultimate spiderman, but 616 Spiderman, the symbiote had never gave him a stat boost. With the evidence stated above and the simple fact that Peter never displayed a stat boost when he had the symbiote for a short time, it's pretty common knowledge

I know it wasn't Ultimate as I've never read an Ultimate universe comic. But it could possibly be the 90's cartoon that I am remembering it from.
Edit: Here it is from the 90's cartoon, but I still believe I read it in a comic long ago too, I'll keep looking tomorrow.
@tantani: The wing regenerates.
Also, been done. http://comicvine.gamespot.com/forums/battles-7/hell-bat-batman-vs-symbiote-spiderman-1664816/
@noone301994: he ripped apart iron man's armor, hellbat will be an easy task. (I'm joking) and batman absolutely slaughters.
It depends on whether we say the symbiote increased Peter's strength. Originally, it did not give him any stat boost (in 616), but that has been later retconned. Most recently, when Doc Ock got the symbiote in Spider-Man's body, he was able to fight evenly with the Avengers, including Thor, Iron Man, and Cap. If we assume it increases his stats, Spidey takes this in a long, hard fight- he ain't going to be hot more than once, and he will be able to dance around until Batman dies in the suit.
If we don't include the stat boost, Soidey loses after a long battle, and Batman wins 8/10. If we give Spidey prep (to make it fair, considering Batman gets a prep suit), Spidey wins 10/10.
@blackspidey2099: no. Everything you said. Just no. Spidey has been tagged plenty of times before by slower characters, and one hit would kill Parker
@g2_:
Lol funny. It's even more funny since that wasn't even canon xD
@noone301994: yeah.
@maiamaku: One hit just knocked Darkseid down - it didn't even hurt him. I can show you scans of normal Spidey lunching Thanos hard enough to elicit a scream from him. Anyways, everything I said in my post was factually correct. It is always PIS if someone who doesn't have great AoE capability or is much faster than Spidey hits him, since his spider sense is a drugs ex machine that enables him to dodge before anyone even hits him.
Spider-Man hurts his hand punching the Hellbat and then gets one-shotted.
We've already discussed about this, hellbat will have hard time hitting spiderman so is not getting one shotted.
@maiamaku: I agree with @blackspidey2099 spider man was able to stagger iron man, hulk, silver surfer and even freaking thanos but it doesnt mean he hurt them.
@blackspidey2099: great. Show me the scans, and give me an issue number. Good thing the Hellbat has aoe, and is much faster than spidey. Also, knocking Darkseid down is something that even new 52 superman couldn't manage, even when he was pissed off and letting loose.
@g2_: Yes, we have. When I say one-shot I mean that, once he hits him (even if he misses a lot), he will get KO'd from the hit. Although, the best striking power feat we have for the Hellbat is making Kalibak bleed and knocking Darkseid's head back a couple inches, so that might not be enough. Either way, I've said my piece and I don't really care to debate about these characters.

@g2_: ahh. I kept thinking firestorm. And I know what scans you're talking about (minus the Thanos and silver surfer one), and that doesn't say a whole lot here considering that the Hellbat is comfortably above the hulk anyway. Plus, it's operated by a genius and an excellent martial artist. I'm not trying to argue that just because Batman knocked Darkseid down that he can beat him, if that's what you were thinking. I'm just saying that Spider-Man can't take a single blow from the Hellbat, outliers aside.
@g2_: That's what I mean when I talk about Iron Man hitting him too. Tony might miss a couple of times, but once he hits him he's done.
@maiamaku: maybe.
@noone301994: ok I agree.
@randomsid82: you're a pussy for backing down
YES IT DOES BOOST HIS STATS
WHY ARE YOU USING A SCAN FROM A COMIC MADE IN THE 80S
