He did pierce through some giant monster in vigilante's recently.
Mainly I was thinking about his power set. He uses piercing damage so he should be able to hurt spider-man. He is fast enough to activate his quirk at the speed of sound so I think he can keep up with him. He has the ability to glide through the air which gives him some mobility. He could also arguably escape spider-mans webbing as well with his quirk if he gets tagged.

not enough to say he'd beat Peter for a majority... being barely mach 1 in reaction/combat speeds isn't anywhere close enough to beat Peter.
