Canon Darth Maul vs 616 Spiderman could go either way. But I'm still leaning towards Maul. Telekinesis is just too powerful and he's still a very skilled dualist with a weapon that would slice Spiderman in half on contact.
Legends Darth Maul vs 616 Spiderman is an easy victory for Darth Maul. He is too fast, too skilled & too versatile for Spiderman to ever stand a chance against. He moves as a blur to some jedi knights & is a highly skilled martial artist and acrobat. Holorecordings can't even capture his speed and even Plaugeis commented on his speed being astounding.

Even without his lightsaber or telekinectic abilities he could beat Spiderman. He is probably close to Peter in strength, considering he has ripped through durasteel with his bare hands and can easily crush big droids with kicks. All this while being a superior martial artist and equally fast if not faster.
