Barda has pretty much all the advantages,
Strength: Barda can lift thousands of tonnes (I am not sure of an accurate gauge on how much) but it is less than Kalibak's level of strength (and thus Orions and Darkseids who are similar in strength to Kalibak). Thus does however make her hundreds of times stronger than Spiderman.
Endurance: Spiderman can act at peak ability for several hours before tiring. Barda can act at peak activity for days before finally being overcome with exhaustion.
Durability: Spiderman has enhanced resistance to blunt force trauma (so significantly above peak human durability), enabling him to survive blows from beings of similar strength like the Scorpion, Lizard etc. His resistance to other forms of damage (bullets, energy) is significantly lower but still exceeds peak human. Barda on the other hand has a level of durability than enables her to withstand blows from beings in her strength class without significant damage. This durability is further enhanced by her armour. So i don't see Spidermans attacks doinf much to her.
Agility / Refelexes: Spiderman wins this one easily, although Barda is certainly above peak human.
Others: Spiderman has his danger sense that will keep him ahead of Barda until his endurance fiannly gives out. He also has his webbing but Barda is strong enough to break free of this.
Barda has her Mega rod and this has serious firepower and her Aerodisks enable her to fly.
All in all although Spidey might stay ahead of her for a few hours she will tire him out and then it's all over.
