In the city Spider-Man shitstomps, only threat would be deadshot.

Open field, not sure if Spider-Man was a bullet timer or not but if he is then he'd probably win again. If not then obviously deadshot solos

Deadshot is not Soloing a Bullet timer with Massively Superhuman stats.

EDIT Nvm, Thought this was ASM Spidey, Deadshot solos probably.

As long as he keeps his distance diablo is almost a non factor

Deadshot solos, Raimi Spider-Man hasn't shown the ability to bullet time - only aim dodge.

Still, I don't think that qualifies as bullet timing. Very high level aim dodging, but bullet timing? I don't know man.

Even if he can't bullet time he sees things in slow motion so he may be able to close the distance very quickly

@agencyagent34 True, but the environment really plays a factor here as well. If there's no location stated, isn't it in a city?

My opinion might change, but for now it just lessens the chances of Floyd soloing.

@monsterstomp I should've made myself more clear. Raimi Spider-Man (as far as we know) has never demonstrated the ability to bullet time, and thus I think this would be his downfall against a marksman like Deadshot.
