Iron Man only gets feats from the trilogy and the first avengers movie.

Was about to say Iron Man but then I saw you limited Tony's feats to everything before Age of Ultron and so I'd say it's undeniable that Parker takes a majority in both rounds 1 and 2 especially because there's no prep time and Raimi's Spider man was great at improvising strategy.

Iron Man could easily win off of movie #1 feats. In fact up until IW it's actually bad for him to get feats from the other movies.

@thewisdomking: IM all in all has superior feats. He has many advantages that SM doesn't really have counters for, flight, ranged weaponry, armor.

I can't see a way that SM has to actually hurt IM unless you lowball him pretty hard. On a standard feats basis IM should be able to just avoid him in the air while spamming weaponry. God forbid SM gets hit by a laser.

He wins against Mark 42 but loses he'd against Mark 6.

Iron Man's movie in the first Avengers was already plenty durable with repuslors and artillery that would definitely damage Spidey. Up until Infinity War this was arguably his strongest suit (not including Hulkbuster)

@man_of_miracles: With all due respect to your opinion (as it would more than likely be accurate if judging some other renditions of the two fighters), I don't believe you seem to recall the outright ludicrous strength, durability and reactions of Maguire's Spiderman. He survived Doc Ock's mechanical arms full squeezing his head, stopped a train going at full speed, and has beaten flying types before (both goblins). The guy's spider sense made him capable of dodging lasers from the goblin's glider, he is a master improviser and personally I don't see why Stark would take a majority, as much as I admire him

He's hardly more durable. Iron Man survived a hit from Mjolnir and one of Thor's lightning blasts. He had the firepower to launch Thor and Loki. Spider-Man is not gonna take him down.

Strength is the only category where Raimi Spiderman could come close but even then Iron Man suits after IM2 were strong enough to lift 70 ton tanks and airplanes.

Iron Man still wins. Peter can't really put him down given a jet crashing into him didn't put him down.

On top of that Iron Man can easily use the plethora of weapons he has to shred Peter.

Spider-Man win the first round, Tony takes the second.

Peter rips him apart due to being limited to first four films.

Spiderman tanked the goblin bombs and Sandman punches and his agile enough to dodge most of Ironman's attacks.

All Spiderman has to do is crush Ironman's gauntlets and thrusters on ankles (Just like how Cap did) and Ironman is helpless from incapacitation from webbing.

Spiderman definitely has the strength to damage titanium which is what Ironman's suit is made out of.

It was an anti aircraft round which makes a lot more sense considering no way could a tank shell be fast/accurate enough to hit Tony.

Peter can't even hurt him, what's he supposed to do here? Tony blasts him and calls it a day.

Spidey can only beat the suit from Iron Man 1. Any suit in later movies would probably win.

@ecoblitz: Read the OP, this is only Ironman with feats up to Ironman 3. And his Ironman 3 suit was a piece of shit that fell apart all the time: So yes under these conditions Tobey could one shot. Even if he uses his Avengers suit, we know that Cap and Bucky can damage superior suits, so Tobey would even easier.

@allstarsuperman: you can’t say they can damage superior suits when them damaging the suit is what makes it inferior. Again please tell me how Tobey is one shotting something that took rank artillery and took cosmetic damage from falling from the sky.
