In terms of stats, I've watched some gameplay but I haven't played it myself yet. I do know he is able to bullet-time in gameplay sequences and in terms of strength feats he can lift cars and even cranes as tall as skyscrapers, as well as break through some types of metal. His webbing can hold up helicopters, and he can tank being hit through materials like stone/concrete/metal with no trouble.
As for Round 2, all the suits and their powers were leaked so we know that his composite gear/tech includes reactive lenses, smart liquid metal that reflects attacks, an energy shield that absorbs attacks, a blur projector that makes him nearly invisible, sonic attacks, EMP blasts, holographic decoys, drones that fire energy blasts and electricity, nanotech that quadruples his strength, gravity manipulation tech, Iron Spider legs, amped speed, spirit attacks, concussive attacks, tons of AOE energy attacks, etc.
