Who wins and why?

Given this is in character I'd say team 2 because I don't see Deadpool holding out against Kaine very well.

Team 1.

Team 2. Deadpool has no means to stop Kraven with his silly Peter - only healing factor and Kaine is just too much for him.

Peter can beat either Kaine or Kraven but not faster than Deadpool will get beat. Peter will get 2v1'd.

Yeah I think I'm going to go the road likely less traveled here and say team 2 for a solid 7/10.

Team 2.

Team 2, team 2 should be skilled enough to avoid Deadpool's weapons, get close and simply out muscle him.

In character? Kaine kills Kraven while Peter wails on Wade. Peter then beats Kaine. GG

Team 2

In character? Really?

Kaine speed blitzes/team kills Kraven. Meanwhile, Wade pisses off Parker enough to the point where he web incaps Wade. Afterwards, Parker refuses to fight Kaine, and vice versa, (due to their "brotherly" bond) and the match ends in a stalemate.

The artwork for deadpool and spider-man is simply stunning.

In character but they are still fighting against each other and not attacking there partners.

I see team 2 winning

Deadpool is the weak link here imo, either Kraven takes him down with the help of his superior strength, durability and seriousness or Kaine quickly dispatches of him with his stingers and then the duo team up to take out Spiderman although Kaine could probably take Peter without Sergei's help.

Choose another partner for spidey this is so unfair :'( *cries internally*

Team 2: 6/10

Team 1, Deadpool would beat Kraven, and Spider Man can hold his own against Kaine until DP helps out. People need to stop underestimating Deadpool.

I'd say team 1. Deadpool scares me and spidey's THE ORIGINAL!. Kraven trades blows with deadpool (meaning they cut each other up and deadpool just walks away while Krave bleeds out, lol). And then he and spidey take down/murder Kaine (depends on who ends it :)).
