Plus he is Spider-Man's biggest fan, and he voted against him.
As strong as he is he's probably just outclassed here. Faora picked Superman up over her head and chucked him through a couple buildings, and through the bank vault half a mile away. She can no sell bullets and got smashed into the Earth by Superman at sonic speeds, when Superman had an easy 100 ton feat right at the beginning of the movie on the oil rig. She was very casually FTE over long distances and in combat, also breaking the sound barrier with punches. This is all a very healthy advantage in strength and power over Spider-Man to say the least. Also his web is useless.
TLDR Spider-Man has beaten bricks as strong as Faora. In Infinity Gauntlet he beat a minion of Thanos who was a 100 tonner. But he hasn't beaten anybody with so many attributes at once like Faora.

What infinity gauntlet tie-in? The only spider-man book that ties into the infinity gauntlet is Peter Parker spider-man #17. The only other title Peter shows up in that is a tie-in is sleep walker #6, and cloak and dagger #18. These are every tie-in to the infinity gauntlet:
According to marvel chronology project Terraxia's only appearances are in the infinity gauntlet and in a doctor strange book, but the doctor strange book is a "behind the scenes" appearance.
