Whatacoolname wasn't kidding though, Mumen Rider is actually lightning timer in the webcomic and also one shotted a high demon level.
Sonic also kept up with Flashy Flash in a duel and he received Legendary Demon Sword from Saitama which took from monsterfied Ninja Village Leader (potentially above dragon level) who's able to survive Saitama's strike.
@hydratedfubuki6: Lightning timer in the Webcomic? How? If it is a mere electrical based attack only, then that won't be MHS at all. Vulcan already explained this in the other thread where electricity and lightning aren't the same thing. Also even if it was lightning, it probably wasn't a natural one so Mumen Rider wouldn't be in the MHS range.
The monster was producing storm in the panels but it wasn't clear if it's himself the one who's blasting the lightning/electricity or the storm. Yea, I guess better wait for the manga so we can see more context.
@ronan6996: Considerably powerful monster compared to other demon levels since it stomped some A-Class and neo class heroes with their suits, the monster was producing storms that generates lots of lightnings which is pretty immense to make.
@hydratedfubuki6: IIRC aren't 10 A Class heroes or just an S Class hero needed to take down a Demon lvl threats, right? So only a couple taking it out would make the monster tiger lvl threat at best
2 upper A-Class levels and several neo heroes with suits said they don't have a chance of winning implying the monster effortlessly took them out. What most matters is the feat, producing storms generating lightnings constantly is the most impressive feat I've seen from a demon level.
