Actually, it isn't. A new god takes over that is even stronger then Lucifer and Michel put together. The irony of it all is that the new God closest to The Presense in terms of power is a little girl.

That's not my point. I know they are part of the canon universe, and just because they never mentioned there is a new god, doesn't make her noncanon. They have had the original god since the beginning of creation. They don't know. Period. You see where i am going with this?

True. But weather they decided to not to mention it, i don't know why. Maybe because of the audience. The fact is, the girl is part of the lucifer canon so it must be true. Otherwise, i need proof she isn't part of the canon universe.

this is kind of hard. I see it like this if the spectre has the Presense backing and if the presense wants lucifer defeated the it'll just amp the spectre up so that he won't lose. then again has that ever happend has he ever had a power boost because he needed to beat someone?
I'll guess the spectre because he could in theory be ampted up to beat lucifer.

That's the only way the Presence has ever been shown to transmit power to the Spectre. And Lucifer is his favorite son, why would he empower Spectre against him?

Well i was just thinking about it in a what if senario. and with god it's hard to know what it's thinking lucifer might have gone too far and what not.
Btw, dont think of Vertigo as a world separated from the rest of DC, it's not, the idea is that its just in a corner of DC where Superman doesn't normally venture. Or theres so many characters that walk between the imprints that it doesn't matter. (Take Swamp Thing, Animal Man, Doom Patrol, Etrigan, Dr. Fate. and ofc the Spectre).
I'd say that Lucifer & Michael are the only other two beings who come close to the Presence!"
