Spectre and Ghost Rider vs Spawn and Dr.Doom

No prep. Winning team is the one that kills, decapitates, traps, etc. the other team.

Dr. Doom is a weak link and is gonna get picked off immediately, and unless this is Divine Spawn he has no way of hurting GR. Plus isn't Spectre in the top 10 most powerful DC characters?
