Spartacus and Crixus vs Diana and Aurther (read OP)

DC in mismatch.

Since stats are equal DC should win easily.

However with unequal stats, gladiators rip them apart.

Assuming this is stats equalized, either Spartacus or Crixus solo. Skill gap is hilarious.

With stats equalized the gladiators win, obviously. Diana might have the skill to keep up in a sword fight due to her long training experience but Arthur isn't on their level and either gladiator can keep up with Diana until the other finish Artur and join the first one. In fact in round one either gladiators win alone against either DC hero.

I think Spartacus might actually beat Diana in a sword fight regardless, while a peak Crixus will take down Arthur with little trouble
