Itachis spiritual weapons Totsuka Blade and Yata mirror are just plain old weapons when dealing with a soul reaper. A spirit weapon being used against a spirit reaper is bad news for itachi. He loses pretty bad. Also while in Susanoo he’s not mobile. Aizen wins. All rounds. He’s a tier above.
