soloman grundy vs red hulk

kinda like red vs green hulks.  rulk knows a lot about anybody he fights, but grundy is an unknown.  heat may not bother grundy and they are probally pretty even is the strength dept.  so who wins this challange, do i hear grundy.

Depends on which Grundy . If it is from his own mini-series , he destroys Rulk .
