Snake has the weapons he used in Death Battle, along with his Infinite Ammo Bandana and 3 Frag Grenades.

Morals On and No knowledge on the Opponent

Fight is to KO or Death (David only had to kill Talion once in order to win)

Fight takes place on an even battlefield, where neither person has a huge advantage.

It was Standard gear mid way through MGS4 and i can literally show you the Cutscene in which he uses it if you dont believe me.

The Railgun is not standard gear for Snake as a whole, if it is, then show me him using it in OTHER games, not just MGS4

So you dont Consider the M16 or Famas Standard gear for snake or Even His iconic MK 23 ?

Because "standard gear" by your Implication is his OSP, Meaning you gave snake absolutely nothing for this battle than his bare hands and a sneaking suit.

It's not worth my time. Metal Gear characters are vastly overrated on this website.

I don't agree with this in general, while I would agree that some of the claims for Snake and other characters go too far like "CQC > everything" I disagree with them being overrated in general, it took a long time to get respect for how good Snake/Big Boss were on this site. Also I would say many fans have a tendency at times to take their preferred characters feats out of context or misrepresent them and I haven't seen this any more or less from the MG verse.

As for the battle I don't know enough about Talion to comment but he sounds pretty powerful.

Can Snake actually hurt Talion with the weapons he has? My knowledge on the wraith is a bit limited.

Static says Metal Gear charcaters are overrated? There is only like 4 people who debate them in this site lol.

Also the Rail Gun would be standard if used on more than one mission (2 missions in the MS4) and used in an legit cutscene to boot. Though I don't think anyone means for this to be standard.
