Solar vs Dr Manhattan
"M. curbstomps this no talent wanna be "
And just how do you figure that? Both are/were scientists who gained enormous power as a result of their expirements. Solar first destroyed the world (or was it the universe I forget) when he didn't fully grasp the use of his powers. He later rearranged time so it wouldn't happen again. He has fought and beaten warriors that would curbstomp those like Iron Man or Prof X. He is by no means a light weight.

M is omnipotent. he will see solar coming from a mile away, and be prepared
Dr Manhattan can see all events in the time stream, BUT is unable to act on those events before they happen. Remember how suprised he is when things happen that he already knew about. Solar also has that type of power but isn't crippled by it. Remember he destroyed the world the first time, so now he tailors his actions to try to prevent a repeat. No Solar has the advantage there.
M is not omnipotent. He himself tells how he cannot change the future. Omnipotence means your power is not limited. Solar on the other hand is damn near omnipotent. When he gained his powers it was said that he became the smallest part of God. In fact when different mystics and seers refer to his coming it is always as the angry god. No M would not beat Solar. At best they would merge since they are already each other.

"SOlar does not have the ability to see his timeline as Mabhattan has.
Solar, mentally, is still a smart man, but a man none the less. He makes mistakes.
Solar can emit tachyon particles to clod Manhattan's view of the events surrounding the fight when they do meet up.
IMO, Solar can win this based on the feats he displayed during his series.
