I agree, Sub and Scorp have this not to mention they simply are A. stronger then Storm shadow and Snake eyes and having special abilities gives them a huge edge besides having elite martial art skills...
As for feats, well...Sub-Zero has shown to defeat hordes of Tarkatans(Baraka's army) all by himself in MKD when vastly outnumbered...he still managed via his fighting skills and abilities...his Dragon Medallion also helped..
Scorpion being banished to Netherrealm(MK's hell) has escaped their a few times as well as defeated and dealt with Quan-Chi(who is MK's most powerful sorcerer) and also held his own vs. Sub-Zero(both of them, in fact he killed the first one who is not Noob-Saibot) while holding his own with the current Sub-Zero since MK2-present...
Scorpion also if you're using MKD Scorpion, he can easily solo both Snake Eyes and Storm shadow given as how he was powered by the Elder Gods so he was more or less "Super Scorpion" during that saga, but even normal scorp here can't die and has lots of powers, teleportation, his spear which is supernatural, he can burn people, shoot fireballs, summon fire on top of his elite fighting skills...
subzero and scorpion stronger faster and subzero can flash freeze a small village and scorpion's teleportation and hell fire along with better physicals give them the win.
