@raziel2014: In naruto it hits the ground in a thousandth of a second. Zetsu said so, kid kakashi reacted and cut it. Itachi while half dead and nearly blind (seeing tripple) blocked it.
Itachi and sasuke are in the same speed tier sasuke was ragdolled by the fourth raikage (due to speed) sasuke couldn't follow him with his eyes, naruto reacted to and countered the third raikage (strongest raikage in histoy).
Plus my post count alone should tell you I'm not a newbie.
