New-52 is pretty unfair since it...

1. Makes Black Adam totally featless
2. Makes Etrigan cease to matter
3. Makes Lobo much less of a threat than he should be

So it's just Atrocitus + mooks vs. some very high-tier characters.

I'd back the League in the second round though.
