Her name is Hinata. She is from the Hyuga clan and is the cousin of Neji Hyuga. If you need more information, type "Hinata" in Google. Even though Hinata can likely one shot slade if she lands a hit, I think she will be cut to pieces before then.

She is too fast and strong for Slade to handle. Also, she can use her 8 Trigams: 64 Palms which lets her attack and defend at the same time due to flexibility. She can also use her Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists which can increase her range and destructive power and can also drain someone's Chakra (or anyone's energy source) with one touch.

Therefore, Hinata wins 7.1/10.

If she manages to tag him, she should win without much difficulty. The only problem is, I'm not sure she can tag him. I'm giving it to Slade 6/10.

assuming the chakra point cancelling nature of her gentle fist even works on slade. (but that is more about how the battle is framed then characters)

@ssj_god: Slade still has all his gear (including his blasting staff) apart from his guns, and I don't know if her Gentle Fist would work through his armor, or even on him period. I'm also taking into account his healing factor, accelerating brain processing, and the fact that he's reacted to speedster's before.

It's matter of who would land the first strike. Hinata has the power to obliterate Deathstroke if she hits, but Deathstroke has the skills and equipment to take her down as well.

pein was faster... it looked slow because sometimes the creators have to slow down the whole speed just to show us the battle (most of the times characters who are super fast for example flash, superman etc. are slowed down to show us what happened)... otherwise we wouldn't see anything if it happens say at above a speed our eyes can follow... and the creators show it in real time speed.... would you see someone who's going close to lightspeed?.... no of course not... yet we've seen flash running at that speed.

I'm a pretty big fan of Naruto. But Hinata gets killed by Deathstroke here.
