Team wins, and it does not matter if it is Sise-Neg or Genesis.  Neither were "GOD" they could have been considered a "god" (at best).
 
Also, LORD ORDER AND MASTER CHAOS are the cosmic representations of MAGIC - all magical energy comes from them and their realm.  They change the rules of magical energy and Sise-Neg/Genesis can not wipe his own butt.

Sise-Neg was created to be GOD when he became Genesis, it was the entire purpose of the arc, thank you very much. And none of these guys including Lord Order and Master Chaos were able to stop Sise-Neg from stealing all of their magical energy, so it throws your theory out the window. Genesis stomps this. Supreme being >>> non-supreme beings. "

This is like putting a grizzly bear against a hive of bees. Sure there are many against Sise-Neg, but their attacks won't have any effect on him. As others have said, Sise-Neg was written to be the supreme being at the end of his journey and recreated the entirety of Marvel. This is proven in the Marvel bios where it lists all of those that have recreated the entire Marvel universe. They put Sise in the same category as AE and the others, which in all cases it was everything that was recreated.

he didn't just take "all magic", he took all the power there was and out of nothing created more. he was the ultimate reconner possibly reconning the beyonder be it showed up in 84'.

I hate to admit but Sise-Neg to level of Genesis has the infinite power of God even more than that. He had the power to disappear the time-space, matter and reality still above other Gods and powerful omnipotent entities resulting consequently in the disappearance of themselves. He recreated a whole Marvel Universe again -in the same form because as well it was perfect within its imperfection and not like the image of Sise-Neg-  =)

SIES-NEG (Genesis) was not written to be the supreme being of Marvel, he was "a god" not "The GOD", he held the power of a single universe and nothing more - to say otherwise is an assumption.
 
Ohh, an btw since Mordo and Strange still existed through the whole thing - Sies-Neg did not even have "ALL" of the universe.
