Yeah, Thor, Hulk or Vision can solo, SW's TP is slow and her TK is bad, so Mysterio or Electro can take her.

Patch in Goblin Jr., Sony Goblin, Rhino, Vulture, Shocker, Morbius and Loxias to the Sinisters and Avengers would still win.

Do the avenges only get AOU feats? If so the Avengers stomp if not Thor solos. Assuming they only get the feats from AOU, Thor alone would still cause a lot of damage with his lighting, burning the symbioses and destroying a ton of drones. Vison could arguably hack the drones or disrupt their connection, similar to how he blocked Ultron from the net. Wanda can tp any of the villains and quicksilver can instantly KOed a couple of them.

Imagine if riot takes over Thor.

OP says prep, so does it mean they have knowledge (both sides)? Because with knowledge war machine can probably solo (no idea about morbius)

Hulk is the team's toughest fight but he has no way of beating Sandman. This probably ends in stalemate with Hulk and SW unable to kill Sandman and Electro. I have to admit I have no idea what the Venom characters can do because I have yet to see those films. I will assume they are just MCU Spider-Man level. It really does not change much.
