That´s correct, a Universal or Multi-Universal enemy is nothing compared to Sinbad his power.
The world of magi is very complex and has universes with horizontal and vertical dimensions. There als higher dimensions where Magi gods exist far above Sinbad, but they are featless at this point. Sinbad solos Bleach and the whole HST. He could solo 7DS, Fairy Tail and many other verses too at this point and even a Zeno couldn´t harm Sinbad in his highest level. The only problem with the end of Magi. They lost all of his powers xD

Only if we take God Sinbad. Non-God Sinbad is debatable, but even here i would say he stomps. His Djin Equitment has some powerfull Attacks and a bit Hax via Zepar He also already does this years ago before the regular Story begins:
People are forgetting Sinbad's universal power was a tempirary amp. Clearly, it's intended for this to be normal Sinbad, prior to becoming a being that easily solos the HST.
Anyway, non-Gid Sinbad still handles Ulquiorra, but not nearly as badly.
