Also disregarding PIS moments I don't think he will overwhelm the SS with TP.

That being said it will be difficult for SS to contend with the speed I agree.

@Man_of_Miracles: I think it would just on the basis of how fast he could make and use the constructs.surfer would be getting hit several times before he even knew what was going on.thats just my take.like i said,im a fan of surfer and without flashes speed force,surfer would win but with it,i think its a stomp
