Please read an actual comic with the character before commenting. The Surfer can affect matter on a planetary scale.

He's not immune, a reality warper Imp like impossible Man can transmute Surfer
The problem for Apocalyspe is Surfer has influenced the molecular structure of an entire Planet, even when his body is smashed he often still survives in his astral form whatever transmutation trick Apocalypse got up his sleeve. Multiply it by Twenty and you got Surfer. The Silver Surfer once turned himself into a ball of pure energy, "A walking Atom Bomb" as Ben once described Thing had to flee for his life in fear of being taken out by an atomic explosion
after basically becoming an exploding bomb The Thing zips away from Surfer in one of Reed's little spacecraft, then Surfer turns himself back into a guy on a surf board with no ill effects and he's still hot on his tail
The comic ends with Thing forced to fight hand to hand, he smashes a building on top of Surfer's head Reed then steps in and says Ben is lucky to be alive because Surfer only used "A Fraction of his power against" the Thing Surfer then apologises, molecularly repairs Reed's little spacecraft, and the uses his energy to matter conversion to create a bunch of flowers out of thin air so Thing can apologize to Alicia
A quiet Pacifist Surfer was always too much for the Fan4, the new guy, a blood lusted Surfer would stomp the Fan4, the Xmen and most of the Avengers in one battle
surfer FTW, he is the herald of galactus,which i believe is above the celestials, so it dosent matter that apoc has celestial tec(which he dosent even fully understand), because surfer has the power cosmic granted by one of the most powerfull beings in the universe.
So yeah surfer rips apoc apart, just like magneto did, a lot easier and more painfully id he is pissed

@TruePwnge: He actually conquered earth. Cable is from the timeline where Apocalypse ruled Earth. I really can tell you haven't read any Apocalypse's comics. For future reference look up both characters to know who would actually win.
