He should stops at 12, too much hax and power from there. Still, the durability of 12-14 is really low. If he can approach them, he should kill them with a punch.

There is the possibility that he beats 12-14 more easily than weaker girls in the gauntlet.

He could stop from 12 on, maybe earlier since Norrin doesn't abuse all of his abilities In-character (Unless he is in a real pickle)

That's a strong misconception from the getgo though, Wonder Woman isn't female Superman or Supergirl and has very different abilities if she isn't unarmed, although to be fair Diana holds a lot back and often don't uses them in character.
