I'd personally put Firestorm below Superman (butI can see arguments for that position too), Supes and MMH is debatable. Pre FP Supes was definitely above MMH, they both got a push post flashpoint so the line is very close. I haven't really read enough of either post FP to hard call which is superior now, so others are better equipped to answer that one.

Can’t beat Captain Atom, Orion, Darkseid, Manhunter or Barry (unless he oneshots earth potentially killing Barry)

cause MMH has pretty great hax resistance not sure if surfer's transmutation will work, MMH's TP is also better than surfer's and MMH has greater stats not to mention he is also unkillable, I mean MMH and surfer are both known for their jobbing so I ain't too sure on who will win but I'm placing my bets on j'onn,

Yes, but don't you think Surfer has enough telapathy resistence? Surfer also has the speed advantage, though he will most likely not use it.

I would assume he's thinking of pre FP Orion. His astro force Chatswood be a good counter for power cosmic and his motherbox would protect him automatically from a lot of what Surfer can do. I don't think he has the same level of had post FP

Norrin absolutely destroys Post Flashpoint Captain Atom. This being new 52 I think he can clear.

Yeah not sure why people think Surfer can't beat Atom. Norrin can clear if he's operating at his best.
