Battle of the inconsistent, i'd go with Superman.

Even if Barry were faster. I would still say Supe's takes the fight in every other way. Most importantly strength and durability.

Superman should win. He is at the very least almost as fast as Barry. He is way too durable to hurt and he has already shown that Barry’s phasing doesn’t work against him.

Superman handily. He has the plot armor. If it was Pre-crisis and not just SA Barry Allen then Superman already won the fight.

Their feats are like a game of rolling dice. "Hey I rolled a 6, I'mma go destroy a planet with a single punch"

"Oh no a 1, I can't knockout an average joe with a punch even though I'm SUPERHUMAN."

Depends if we go true SA or include BA feats....either way, shouldn't zoom win since we're not dealing with an earlier version?
