MCU Spider-Man has trouble with people like Cap, Vulture, Shocker, and Star Lord. He should be able to neg those people at full potential, but he consistently holds himself back. Even while semi-bloodlusted, he barely beat Green Goblin.

Diana survived a prolonged battle with Doomsday, killed Ares, and took hits from a bloodlusted Superman. Peter is no match for her, and Shuri even less so.

except durability, iirc, she doesnt even have any strength, ap feat or any tool to fight wonder woman.

WW is faster and has better striking power. The only problem is Shuri's suits dura, but she'd overcome that after a while.
