There are a few non factors in that team. I'll go Shuma.

When it comes to insanely powerful characters, I hardly see Shuma brought up, hmmmm....

@soratoumiga: Good battle. So many factors. Ill say team. I dont see Hela as much of a factor, as much as I like her. Odin needs to amp the f outta himself. Maybe Hela and Odin can combine magic though - I think that is Shuma's weakness, or at least how it has been defeated.

Biggest prob, Shuma is one of the few true multiversal entities in Marvel. Ugh...

Stupid question: who is the last guy at the bottom right of the panels?

Phoenix swayed this one for me.

Shuma Gorath in it's totality should stomp...

Otherwise, Team may be able turn him away.

Explain? Curious...

Only under very specific circumstances such as Shuma being considerably weakened or not being fully-manifested, using powerful anti-magical artifacts like the Wings of Needless Sorrow, exploiting places of focal mystical energies like the Stonehenge or even using Shuma's own power against him. I don't remember a single time where Strange single-handled defeated Shuma-Gorath without any context, honestly.

Well Shuma Gorath is an Eldritch Predatory Concept that exists in a space beyond/in-between universes, and is the ruler of thousands of dimensions.

In past cases, SG has been thwarted because only a fraction of itself has entered a particular dimension, allowing heroes to fend it off. (Still don't quite understand Shuma during "Damnation" story tho)

I doubt team can truly kill SG, but may be able to prevent it from taking over another universe. IMO of course!

@ginman333: rune king thor is the bottom right.

That's actually King Thor who came before RKT. RKT has no beard.

I would say Shuma wins this with mod-low difficulty. Its within the realm of possibility that a writer would give the team a way to win though which would be more just banishing Shuma from the universe again.

I would definitely say so. Unless Dormammu is given some big amp.

Great info, awesome and thank you! What about phoenix? Is the issue the photo is dark phoenix and not the force? Would that make a difference? Thx!

It could work, but depends on the physical attack in question because aside from a few low-showings, Shuma could still either reform from it like happened when Blue Marvel bullrush his shell in Mighty Avengers Vol.2#3 or they don't affect him at all as Shuma supposedly exists at multiple planes of existence according to Vision in Invaders NOW#5.

shuma is above dormammu right ?

Yes, by a large shot.

I don't know anything about Shuma-Gorath but if people are saying he beats that team, he must be crazy powerful.

Also he kind of reminds me of Hermaeus Mora from Elder Scrolls.

Has real Shuma Gorath appeared yet? I thought it was always an avatar that appeared, except for one appearance in a Strange comic where he saw the real Shuma in his home reality or something with an insane amount of PIS powering him.

Anyway, I think the real Shuma destroys Galaxies by his mere presence or something stupid like that, and is the size of a solar system. So I'm thinking he probably still wins this. Full power phoenix might be a wildcard here; but Shuma still dominates hundreds to thousands of dimensions under his own power.

Thanks for reading,

Floopay

Shuma wins. His feat of being too powerful for Sise-neg to do anything against except lull to sleep is hella good

I agree - easily one of the most underrated or at least neglected ones
