  • Round 2 - Todoroki can go all out

I can't remember this guys feats but I imagine Todoroki could melt through his ice in round two.

@jashro44: If you're curious, at about 18:43 to 19:05 in the video (can't find the clip in full context on youtube) his ice stands up reasonably well to explosives and 2 high powered blasts from Roy Mustang.

@kotetsu454: I guess the sheer scale of his power might be too much.

Round 1 goes to Isaac due to the sheer fact he can alchemy his way through and utilizes ice a lot deadlier.

Round 2 goes to Shoto due to the fact he can heat up the ice so fast it explodes in the air causing collateral damage.
