• Win by Death or KO

• Todoroki is composite Anime and Manga MHA versions
• Starting distance is 100 ft apart from eachother and are visible, Location is in a street
• He is fully healed in-between rounds

Same as above, Accept speed is equalized and Shoto is bloodlusted, Opponents morals are off.

Anyway R1 he stops at Blake, literally as she has to do is shoot Todoroki.

Calling it now Grey guy is gonna shout out "ugh, this list is out of order this character is to high or to low" I bet it.

@chronicplane: Depends on who speed is being equalized to.

@thewatcherking: It equalizes the speed of Shoto to the RWBY character he is facing.

Round one ends with shoto getting shot by blake. He does not have bullet timing, does not scale to bullet timing and cannot avoid getting shot at by a char faster than him that has great manuvrability.

Round 2 i can see him getting up to sun wukong but losing to him and his semblance, his lack of durability means that a morals off sun will kill him with a kick.

@chronicplane: I guess with speed equalized he make it to Cinder. He has a lot more raw power than everyone else I guess.

@thewatcherking: Done it's altered though expect people to come and say "This is out of order" especially you know who.

Not sure I agree with sun being so low down, or emerald, but round one he stops at em or blake but with speed equalised and morals off he could possibly clear.

Meh, I would still say this order is accurate now regardless of people having low views of certain characters.

Okay, Though I did make some slight changes which I feel (at least imo) needed to be altered with Tyrian and Qrow as well as Mercury and Pyrrha which honestly is debatable. Also why didn't you include Sustrai?

RWBY gauntlets will never be in the correct order on this site. I give up.

@xy: Also how, Shoto could easily counter his grenade cane and flash freeze him instantly or burn him either way and I don't think he's agile enough to evade his attacks.

R2 is tough. RWBYverse characters lose their speed advantage making it very even. I'd say it would take Winter or Cinder to beat him then, since they are arguably masters of ice and fire, respectively. V3 Ozpin could possibly win as well with his strange combat hax that looks like time manip.

And shockingly Blake is too high. Especially since she only has one type of dust per clip and she starts with standard rounds. Roman pulverizes her before she can even use it.

Yeah when I go over that Merc's should be able to handle Ruby not sure about Weiss though?

He disarmed her and then got headbutted by Ruby, her being disarmed doesn't instantly mean Ruby< Mercury.

Sure he gloated, but it's not like he didn't stop gloating to attack her before he ended up getting headbutted by Ruby.Gloating doesn't make you incapable of fighting or reacting to attacks either, so if he gloated during a fight and got tagged that's on him.

Mercury's overrated,Yang has shown herself to be on par with Mercury. Either way this is again just an opinion, I only care to address the instance that you brought up.

R1: stops at Roman

R2: stills stops at Roman

All they have to do is shoot the guy speed equalized or not.

Round 1, honestly? I wouldn't be surprised if even the slowest of characters managed to blitz, because Deku himself isn't even supersonic yet(as much as I would love to hype up certain feats) neither is Iida(but he managed to almost close the gap without using Receipro Burst) and characters with a lot of mobility like Ren, Ruby, Reese, Yang, and honestly most of this list, could close the distance of 100 feet in an instant. Sun, Blake and Ren wouldn't even need to blitz, they could easily jump over his Ice Ridge, and attack from above.

Round 2: They treat the fight like Stain did, abuse agility to avoid his attacks, stronger characters like Yang can break through the ridge piece by piece down the middle so they don't get hit by the full brunt of its mass and force like how Bakugo did:

If anything his draw speed and attack speed of his ice may severely catch everyone off guard,(he can perform his Ice Ridges at almost FTE speeds) but I don't think it would be a big deal. He would definitely stop at Roman or Ren in Round 1 due to speed and on the draw reflexes. In round 2, he stops at Ren.

But on topic, I have to agree with Grey(although I normally never do) on the fact that the list is severely out of order. Some of these guys shouldn't even be on the list.
