Shinichi Izumi runs the Resident Evil Gauntlet

Shinichi & Migi have 2 hours of prep time with full knowledge of their opponents abilities.
Shinichi has a gun, a knife, and a couple of different grenades.
Battles take place where each characters respective boss fight happens.
Each character can transform into the next stage of their boss fight.

@divinegoblin: You didn't ask me but for me it's his durability and healing factor, Shinichi probably can't put him down and eventually gets tagged, once that happens, it's all over.

Durability

Birkin kills him with his potential for mutation and durability, dude is a living tank. Don't get me started on Nemesis.
