Sherlock's Ultimate tourny of pure epicness

Ok so i just got back on here and felt that i left the tournys i was in hanging so to make up im going to make one of my own 
 
So to start off this a team of three battle meaning each person who enters does so with a team of three characters and to make it interesting you have to use one Marvel one DC and one Video Game character to make up said team
 
 
This is a street level tourny so only street level characters allowed 
List of illegal abilitys:
Flying
Telepathy
Telekinesis
Magic
Reality Warping
Probability Altering
Illusion Casting
Intagability  (This includes turning into mist or air etc.)
Force Fields
Pheremones
Tele-dismemberment
Ridiculous powers offering an easy win to any given situation IE Gorgon stone stare,Spiderman What if spidersense,Midnighter battle computer etc
Superspeed (Ill allow bursts since they can be countered but not speed that allows you to hit your opponent 1000 times before they notice you)
 
Strength limit is Spiderman
Durability limit is Wolverine  
 
Extra rules:
I will understand if people try to enter with illegal characters (I do all the time) But dont purposefully do so with powers already on the illegal list
Dont argue with me if i say someone is illegal then thats the end of it
Equiptment is always standard
Try to be creative less well known characters are harder to beat than the more mainstream ones

 
There will be 16 people for the tourny i will not be entering unless need be to make 16
If we cant come up with 16 people then i will lower the amount
Rounds will last 3 days then will go to voting
All matchups will be random
I will make 1 topic to post the matchups and scenario for each round its up to the debaters to make a debate topic

 DMC3 Vergil.

If Vergil is unable to qualify  then Ill use Lloyd Irving. But Vergil's stats in DMC3 should equal Dante, and Dante's best strength in the game was smashing a statue maybe 10-12 feet tall of stone, and fissure ran up it  then it crumbled to dust.

I'll use the Joker, Wind Dancer sans Flight, and Jack Ryan from Bioshock sans TK.

Sans means without, so I already took out her flight.

Jack Ryan is a normal guy who has been boosted through the use of plasmids and tonics. He seems to have some skill as he is able to survive in Rapture.
Plasmids I would like:
Electrobolt-Shoots a bolt of electricity.
Winterblast-Covers an enemy in ice, can be broken out of by normal humans.
Incinerate-Starts a fire at target location.
Tonics I would like:
Natural Camouflage-Renders him invisible while standing still.
Sports Boost 2-Increases his speed to Olympic level
Armored Shell 2-Reduces physical damage taken by about 25%. It does not make Jack immune to damage it just makes him more resistant.
Wrench Lurker-Silences his movements
Weapons I would like:
Thompson Machine Gun
Crossbow w/ Incendiary Bolts

I was designing him as a sort of stealth striker so I'll need to redesign him.

Plasmids:
Hypnotize Big Daddy - Allows me to take advantage of the Programming in Big Daddies to control them temporarily. 
Electrobolt - Shoots Lightning Bolt
Cyclone Trap - Creates a whirlwind that tosses anyone caught inside to be flung into the air.
Tonics:
Electric Flesh 2 - Increases electric-based attacks by 60% and reduces electric-based damage by 100%
Wrench Lurker - Silences his Movements
Armored Shell 2 - Boosts resistance to physical damage
Sports Boost - Boosts speed to Olympic Level
Weapons:
Shotgun with Electric Buck - Standard Shotgun with Electrically Charged Shells
Crossbow with Incendiary Bolts - Standard Crossbow with scope and heated bolts

I try not to do that much, but the masters of fate seem to pit me against Dedmanwalkin quite a lot. I just want to make sure I'm prepared for him :) "

I also need to add Lot 192 to the Tonic list. It just deactivates Jack's WYK programming to keep Spectrum from taking advantage of the programming built into Jack.

I don't see a reason to DQ attacks that are especially good against specific people. I mean had I chosen a water manipulator I could quickly short circuit Cole McGrath.

Thankfully, SPIN Tech won't work on 2 of my people so it isn't much of an issue but it could cause some difficulties.

You misunderstand Sherlock, the Hypnotize Big Daddy can be dodged much like all plasmids it is requires you to aim and deploy it. Its effects only last for 90 seconds and they only really allow me to use Delta to protect me like his Little Sister. I can't work him like a puppet or anything only use him as a meat shield. I don't necessarily need it, but it is by no means an instant win attack. In game, it is one of the most useless plasmids.

Looking at the op I don't think these are illegal:

Marvel: Crystal
DC: Captain Cold
Video Game: Commander Shepard: Engineer and Soldier Abilities (I assume biotic abilities are banned, right?) (Honestly I can't think of any other decent video game characters, I really don't play as many games as I should)

I have a cool team strategy with these. Hope the team is alright.

My characters seem quite powerful but I don't think they violate any of the rules but if they do please say and I'll change my team.
