How good is Manhunter's strength?

I thought this for a second was Martian Manhunter LOL!

@armiv2: She was able to spar relatively evenly with Wonder Woman though she lost. She has a respect thread somewhere but I'm not sure where. She's pretty badass.

When Joygirl writes "Manhunter" I know she doesn't mean J'onn.

@joygirl I'm sure you know She-Hulk is like a 100 tonner with insane durability and decent hand to hand right? What does Kate have that can deal with that? How can she possibly KO her?

@pokeysteve: If memory serves Kate destroyed an OMAC. So whatever she has going on, she's badass enough to at least contend here. And as I said she sparred with Wonder Woman.

@joygirl: Scans or an issue when you get a chance. I remember 1 OMAC nearly killing Batman. She-Hulk should have superior physical stats to any OMAC and with none of their weaknesses.

Kate is not capable of doing anything to Jen. She is a high-tier street leveler at best, with tech that can put her above most street-level opponents. She did not do any kind of real damage to Wonder Woman, and she is not capable of winning even 1/10 against Wonder Woman at any point of time. Black Canary has defeated Wonder Woman in a sparring match; doesn't make her capable of fighting She-Hulk. This is a mismatch, and so I'm locking it.
