I think She Hulk wins. Because she has powers similar as Hulk. Her strength does not reach Hulk's level, but her strenght also grows with anger. I know She Hulk comics well. And by the way she can get berserk like Hulk.
She Hulk is smart too. She is not mindless like Hulk. Her personality remains almost like in human form. And when she get angry her strength,stamina,durability and agility grows (like Hulk's). If she get berserk she is strong as Hulk.

So you see she hulk can definantly and always has been able to lift more than 100 tons plus she has a great battle record against top tiers, and she has the Hulk up rage factor like her cousin under certain cercumstances. Plus shes a great fighter and smart enough to be the lawyer for the Living Tribunal. So Id say She hulk wins this.

But it would still seem normal because Ben can only lift 80 tons max she could do that now with one arm. And if im correct after Dr Strange gave her her powers back shes supposed to be the strongest she ever was, and I believe it she still does the same types of feats.

Fairchild can take a punch from a Kryptonian (Supergirl) without taking damage...
Hulk has the slight advantage in speed but Fairchild more than makes up for it in brains...

to be honest i don't know where you're getting the "berserk" and "powers grow with anger" stuff because i've only ever seen she hulk go berserk once and that was during disassembled when wanda was messing with reality....i always thought that it didn't matter how mad shulky got she stayed at about the same strength level

WTH Somebody post some scans of Fairchilds strength feats that trump mine, hell just post anything that makes you think Fairchild will beat she Hulk. That will put and end to all the BS.

I don't think so, cause i saw what she did in Avengers Search for She Hulk (when she gots berserk). She fought against Avengers and Hulk. They had full hands to calm her down.
Finally she was attacked from behind by Ironman or at least i think so.
