Seth(marvel) vs Ghost rider(marvel)

This happen in Asgard.

Both are in full power.

Seth have both hands.

Seth has gone toe-to-toe with Odin in the past. He may have been amped though, can't remember exactly.

But he should be able to win against GR, I think.
