I know little of midnighter, but Spidey wouldn't be a real threat to Seras at her best, even with morals off. I don't see any way for him to put her down, and she could easily cut through his web if he tried restraining her.

Seras Victoria has almost every advantage here. She speed blitzes vampires on multiple occasions, she lifted an eight ton gun with one arm, survived a warhead level explosion, get kicked through steel without injury, has extreme resistance to all types of damage, she has two minds and views to work with, and has unparalleled marksmanship.

She can hit targets from over 3 miles away without a scope and with an assault rifle. She can, in full auto, hit her targets with extreme accuracy from over 2.5 miles away.

^Not sure how those are advantages when Midnighter blitzes speedsters, one-shots characters with a hundred times the strength and durability mentioned above, and gets punched through multiple walls by Apollo with only a bloody lip to show for it.

Just to play devils advocate here, Lifting a 8-ton weights is something that going by feats Spider-Man could probably do, even without being Powered up by the Other (which increased his strength significantly). He has flicked over a ton carriage with his index finger, thrown around 7-15 tonnes mini tanks with enough force to completely wreck them, used his body as landing gear for an aeroplane etc

I think the Spider-Sense would be a decent counter for Seras' two minds, as well as his speed- he said that moving before and after his upgrade was like the difference between wearing weights to swing a baseball bat and not doing so. And Spider-Man at base levels has already dodged sniper rifle point blank, caught up with a van doing 90 mph from a standing start, Outran cheetah's, blitzed Daredevil while mind controlled, dissapeared from sight with speed, covered a couple of miles in a few seconds using parkour, mongoose couldn't touch him, despite being a speedster who could move at greater than 115mph- the list goes on and on.

I do think Seras has him beat in regen and durability, but even Spider-Man has tanked a grenade explosion and was joking about it, has had building collapse on him multiple times, endured a building leveling explosion and was still conscious, though weakened, was knocked through multiple buildings and down multiple stories by Mister Negative and remained conscious, and had a 7 tonne armored truck thrown at him by Venom, and tanked it to protect civilians.

Also, I should have stated that there are no firearms in the battle. Soz :P

@laflux: Spider-Man has also taken hits from the Hulk and got back up, and caught vehicles thrown by Hulk.

Midnighter can take her after a long battle but Spidey dies.

This actually looks to be a battle defined by who can actually hit the other person.

Sears has more offensive options and the ability to react to and dodge anything thrown at her by the team

But...The team has much better established precog. Her attacks will not hit anything either.

At some point the fight will end with mistakes being made. And Seras is the least experienced.
