Sentry vs. Superman

Fight 45 of Marvel vs. DC war- Superman and Sentry are both pissed and bump into each other, both want to let off steam and are looking for a fight, both throw a punch and the fight is on! Who wins?

Superman should take this. He is psychically stronger, faster and quicker. That isn't too say that sentry won't give him a good fight. I'm assuming this is standard sentry and not void.

Good grief that superman art makes me cringe, anyway I think superman has a slight edge but it would not be an easy fight at all

Stable Sentry murders Superman. Unstable Sentry is murdered completely. Void eats Superman alive along with the main Justice League members.

I've seen you two say how Superman would beat Sentry in the past. I'm not too knowledgeable on either character, but from the feats I've heard of, Sentry sounds more powerful. I was interested in seeing why you two say Superman would beat him.

Current Superman Rebirth is supremely powerful and with full mastery of his powers.

Sentry equals Superman's power levels but on top of that he has molecular and reality alteration. Also like the Phoenix he can resurrect and he has a dark side known as the Void which is powerful enough to destroy the Marvel Universe and all cosmic beings.

Superman can win but only if he takes him down before his madness level arises. If he can't than Superman loses.

if done quick superman can win, if not though and the battle drags on I see the sentry becoming increasingly more powerful and edging out the win, unless the void is unleashed in which case sentry stomps, supermans only chance against the void would be superman prime - superman prime one million and or depending if supes is allowed his cosmic armor. To conclude depending on varying factors it can go either way

Uh, Sentry is superhuman and basically immortal. Superman isn't "a" superhuman, just an alien. What mortality of Sentry's will be revealed Sentry outclasses Superman in versatility. Sentry wins in a possibly mild-difficulty.

Ah, I see whoisthepest flaunting his knowledge(read: lack of) on characters he is an expert on (read: knows jack squat about).

Superman still wins this though. Sentry is far too inconsistent to match him
