Tobirama I feel like tsunade never really recovered from the Kabuto fight relatively early in the series. Healing isn't really viable when they have teleportation and can bring people back to life.

Tsunade is better at dealing with taijutsu specialist than long range spamming ninjas as all she can do is punch and kick and does not posses any defensive ability on the same tier as the RAikages.
